A PERIODIC TABLE SHOWER CURTAIN CAN HELP YOU IN PUB TRIVIA

Andy and I admired this Period Table shower curtain online. I was even willing to remove my matching zebra stripe curtain to use it. I never realized it would come in handy to answer Stump trivia questions! The question was about an element with the shortest name. I immediately answered Tin. I didn’t even realize I knew the answer, but my subconscious is sneaky and was clearly studying the elements and I didn’t realize it.

The place we go for trivia has a lot of teams, so it’s hard to place in 1st, 2nd, or 3rd. But we usually manage to be within the top 10. This week we ranked 6th. I guess not even subconscious studying couldn’t totally redeem us!

This was my trivia outfit. After years of protesting leggings as pants, I succumbed to this trend a few months ago. This decision has expanded my bottoms options exponentially. I call it being fiscally responsible!

I tried with all my might to convince Andy our team name should be Prestige Worldwide, since Step Brothers is one my fav movies. I was overruled, boo!! I also decided to get a salad for dinner…WHO AM I?! I discovered the Rogue Dead Guy bottle glows in the dark. This amused me for a good hour at the pub. I used the flash on my phone to get the bottle to glow.

  1. Pub Trivia is hard. I played in Grad school with friends regularly, and we were from such vast walks of life that it worked pretty well. Not that we were ever top anything, but we enjoyed trying to beat the other team, since our groups were always too large to play as one team.
