After placing an order 3 freaking weeks ago, my Starrily nail polish arrived! I hope the nail polish is better than the customer service, which is non-existent. I noticed a couple of days after I placed the order that a notice was put up on their site. It said they will be away for the holidays and not accepting orders, but fulfilling existing orders. This was false. My order was placed on 12/20, before they took the site down for the holiday.I never even got an email saying the site was going down for the holidays. I reached out to them four times to get an ETA on my order and got no reply. I get people go away and all, but you could at very least let your customers know! To top it off, I was supposed to get 5 free mini bottles promotion, and (of course) they forgot my free nail polish. I’m not going to bother to reach out them again because I doubt I’ll get a reply. I have too much nail polish anyway, they can keep their free mini bottles I was supposed to get. [/end rant]
Anyway, I got some really cool glitter colors like crazy chameleon, dreaming in color, Barbie’s first Christmas, unicorn landia, bright light, birthday cake, balloon animal, midnight howl, sea glass, and candy shop. Not sure when I’ll have a chance to try some out, I have a huge nail polish queue waiting for me! Maybe I should open a make-shift nail salon to test the colors? haha!
