We got three meals from HelloFresh delivered yesterday! For those that don’t know, HelloFresh is a dinner box service. This dish took me 45 minutes to prep, can I get a yikes?! Andy was out so I decided to try to start cooking before he got home. This was for partly selfish reasons because I didn’t want to eat dinner at 9PM. So I started around 5:45 and finished prep by the time Andy rolled in at 6:30PM. I formed the chicken burger patties for him and he cooked them. This recipe also calls for making your own spicy sauce, but we opted out. My stomach was bothering me and Andy doesn’t like hot sauce. Which is fine by me, one less thing I had to prepare, haha! This recipe came out pretty good, but it was definitely a pain in the neck to prepare the Brussels Sprouts Slaw. I think the other two recipes don’t involve as much prep work.
