I’m not a doctor, I just play one on TV. Never mind, I don’t even do that. Anyway, for the past couple of months, I’ve been extremely tired. I switched up my diet, because I definitely wasn’t eating enough healthy foods. I am also on week 4 or 5 of this new exercise program I started. But still, it didn’t help. I’m sure it doesn’t help that I haven’t been able to get as much sleep as I would like. I tried to go to bed earlier, when I could. That didn’t seem to shake me out of the tired-funk.
So now I’m getting a little annoyed at this nonsense. This weekend wasn’t quite as jam-packed as it usually is, so I was able to sleep in Saturday and Sunday. It was a Christmas miracle that I didn’t have to get up early to do some kind of bullshit activity. Let me tell you, it was glorious! It’s Monday and I don’t feel like Zombie Flanders, so I’m a happy camper. I still had time to have fun this weekend, and do some painting at my condo. So I wasn’t a complete waste of sleepy space! I need to do this “sleeping in” thing more often.
